So why “Papa’s Snack Mix?”

My grandpa made this recipe in 1992 with my grandma and her mother, but kept it a secret from everyone. Ever since then, he would make batches of chex mix during Thanksgiving and Christmas time. Everyone would fight to get as much of the chex mix we could.
Sadly, my grandpa passed away the summer of 2023, but before he did, he handed this secret recipe down to me.

I wanted to honor him for being the outstanding grandpa he was to our family and remember him through something he loved doing—and that was making his chex mix.

I want to share the snack I grew up eating, in hopes that it puts a smile on your face just like it did mine!

The Falcons were a focal point in our relationship, so I added his famous falcons hat into the logo!
